Minister KN Nehru inaugurates renovated Omni Bus stand in Coimbatore

Minister for Municipal Administration, Urban and Water Supply, KN Nehru inaugurated the renovated Omni Bus Stand in the Gandhipuram area of Coimbatore. The renovation was carried out at a cost of Rs.3.68 crore to enhance commuter convenience.
At the event, 15 new projects worth Rs. 30.72 crore were inaugurated, and the foundation stone was laid for 1,028 new projects worth Rs. 271 crore across the municipal areas of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tiruppur, and Erode districts.
The modernized bus stand features facilities such as parking space for 35 omni buses, nursing room and waiting area, purified drinking water facility, paid toilet, 32 commercial shops.
Ministers Senthil Balaji, Saminathan, Government Chief Whip Ramachandran, and several government officials participated.
