National seminar on Capacity Building

National Commission for Women, New Delhi and Navarasam Arts and Science College for Women, Arachalur, jointly organized a one day national level seminar entitled on 'capacity building and personality development' on April 21. Organizing Secretary Dr.V.Kalaiselvi welcomed. College President Mr.T.K.Dhamodhiran presided.Treasurer Mr.C.Palanisamy, Secretary Mr.K.Senthilkumar and Dr.R.Kaniezhil offered felicitation. Principal Dr.R.Thangavel, Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidhyalaya College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore inaugurated the function. Mr.I.Selvam Vice Principal proposed a vote of thanks.
Six parallel sessions went on simultaneously- Dr.R.Thangavel, Principal, SRMV CAS, Coimbatore on Stress Management,
Dr.D.Gnanasenthil Kumar, Controller, Park’s College gave lecture on Effective Communication, Dr,R,Parameshwaran, Professor, Kongu Engineering College on Group discussion skills, Dr.R.Kaniezil gave lecture on social media, PPG college Principal Dr.N.Muthumani gave lecture on Interpersonal skills and Mr.P.Rajesh, Placement Training officer, gave lecture on personality development. 500 students 50 faculty members attended.
