Nilgiris Collector attends Ex-servicemen’s grievance day

Nilgiris Collector Lakshmi Bhavya Thanneru attended the Ex-servicemen’s Grievance Day held at the District Collector's office on September 10. During the event, she received 52 petitions concerning various issues and directed the respective officers to take swift action. The Collector highlighted the Chief Minister's announcement of a skill development program for ex-servicemen across Tamil Nadu. She encouraged ex-servicemen in the Nilgiris district to take part in these programs and benefit from the training opportunities. She also advised them to register with the Department of Skill Development before participating in the 
training. 
Personal Assistant to the District Collector (General) Thanipriya, Social Security Scheme Collector Kalpana, Assistant Director of Ex-Servicemen Welfare Indirakumar, and other officials were also present at the event.
