Ooty Collector reviews consumer organizations performance

The Nilgiris Collector Aruna reviewed the performance of consumer organizations  in the district at a meeting held at the collectorate on Monday.
She said monthly review meeting for gas agencies at district level will be conducted in the fourth week of June under the leadership of the District Revenue Officer.
The CEO should take necessary steps to inform the public about the fees fixed by the government in the private matriculation schools in the district through a notice board at the entrance of the school. If any complaints are received from the public regarding transportation facilities, drinking water, toilets and essential items provided in fair price shops, the concerned department officers will take immediate action. The district should rectify the deficiencyThe governor instructed them.  In this meeting, District Revenue Officer Mrs. Keerthi Priyadarsini, RDOs Mr. Maharaj (Udagai), Mr. Satish (Coonoor), and many officials attended the meeting.
