Painting Expo on Child Labour

 An exhibition of paintings by school children on the status of child labour after the general freeze on the Corona epidemic was held by READ, an NGO, at Stanley Hall opposite the Erode bus stand.  Secretary, Erode District Legal Services Commission  N.  Vijayalakshmi inaugurated the expo and made a special speech. 

The director of the READ  Karuppusamy, Additional   Director Maheswaran, Erode District Child Welfare Committee Member Malleeswaran,  social activists were present.  The children explained the ideas of their paintings to the audience- Everyone up to the age of 18 is a child and should not be involved in any occupation. The right to education must be guaranteed to all children up to the age of 18
