Player who took part in chess olympiad gave birth to baby girl

Indian grand master Harika Dronavalli who took part in the 44th chess Olympiad at ninth month of her pregnancy, announced that she gave birth to a baby girl.

 She won a bronze medal at the tournament. She had taken part in the tournament even though her delivery date was predicted to be August 9. 

“We are blessed with a baby girl. We welcome our little princess to the family - Karteek and Harika,” the player said in a Twitter post. The news has brought a bundle of joy amid the fellow players.
