The Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Healthcare, under the leadership of eminent psychiatrist Dr. Samir Parikh, organized the Grand Finale of Psych-ED, the largest and only Psychology Quiz in India at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram. Psych-ED has a unique format which is designed to engage students and encourage them to gather greater awareness of Psychology and concepts related to it.
880 schools from across 190 cities in India participated in the zonal rounds. The Grand Finale saw 6 teams qualifying, who were the winners from across the 6 Zonal rounds. The teams went through multiple rounds of nerve-racking quizzing and Navy Children School, Mumbai emerged as the Winner of Psych-ED 2023. They were closely followed by Sunbeam School, Varanasi who were the 1st Runners Up and Army Public School, Prayagraj who were the 2nd Runners Up in the National Grand Finale.
The students from the winning team, Navy Children School, Mumbai shared their excitement and enthusiasm at having participated said, “We are super excited to have won the Psych-ED 2023! It was a fabulous journey and great learning. We truly had a lot of fun.”
