Ringwell found at Agaram

The archeological department has unearthed a nine-storied ringwell at Agaram near Keezhadi during the eighth phase of excavation. 
Earlier, the department had unearthed a two-storied ringwell. Now, the department has unearthed a nine-storied ringwell. 

As the excavation process is yet to be completed, the exact height of the ring-well is yet to be known. 
During the sixth phase of the excavation at Keezhadi, the department had unearthed a 32-storied ringwell and it is said to be the tallest ringwell found in the state.
