Rotaract Club installation ceremony held at Dr NGP iTech

Dr NGP Institute of Technology established Rotaract club at its college premises in the city on February 24. District chairman of youth services Rtn Godwin Maria Viswasam was the chief guest of the ceremony. 
He spoke about the Rotary and Rotaract for the student’s community. College principal SU Prabha highlighted the great initiatives of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore East and Rotaract club of the college, and invited all Rotaract members to get benefitted by this movement. 

“Service before Self”

She inspired and motivated the students to adhere to the motto of Rotary India - “Service before Self”. Rtn. PR Muthuswamy, immediate past president of Rotary Club of Coimbatore East and director academics of the college highlighted that donation for the Rotaract team should not be to satisfy one’s ego but to serve the society. The Rotary club president Rtn. KK Jayakumar, Rotary club of Coimbatore East inducted the Rotaract president Rtr J Soorya and secretary Rtr Poornima and administered theoath. 

Rotary Club of  Coimbatore East Youth services chairman Rtn Rajesh Chinnaswami and Soorya inducted the other Office Bearers and then delivered his acceptance speech. Rajesh handed over the charter certificate of the club to the college principal and coordinators. Poornima proposed the vote of thanks.
