Ryot members of the Keezhbavani canal ayacut protection movement led by its coordinator Ravi staging a demo on the bank of the canal in Pungampadi near Perundurai on Sunday to press the government to cancel the GO 276 paving way to concretise the canal and release water for irrigation from August 15 as per schedule.
