Safety kits for unorganized labour

 Members of the Unorganized Labour Welfare Board may apply for safety kits.
A release issued by the Assistant Commissioner (Social Security Scheme) of Labour T. Murugesan said the Department of Labour Welfare and Skills Development provides safety equipment to those in the Erode district who are registered with the Welfare Board of Unorganized Driver and Automobile Vehicle Mechanics. Workers will be provided with self-protection kits such as shoes, uniforms, first aid kits and bags.  Workers who have not received safety equipment can register with the board and apply in the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Chennimalai Road Erode with   a copy of Welfare Board Identity Card, Aadhar Card and Family Card with the application.  For more information, please contact 0424-2275592.
