Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam holds Thirukkural Vizha

 Participating in a competition itself is a sign of progress for students and a great achievement, said Mr. B. Manimaran, Additional Superintendent of Police, while addressing the students who participated in Thirukkural competitions organised by Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam in the city, recently.
At the end of the event, 3 students from Erode zone have been selected to take part in the final round of Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam’s state-level Thirukkural Speech Competition 2023, to be held in Chennai soon. 
The district-level competitions are held at 12 zones across the state. The competitions for the Erode zone were conducted at Sengunthar Higher Secondary School in which a total of 363 students from Erode, Karur, and Namakkal took part. 
The winnerd are: Junior Level: Ms. V. Kavinthra, Little Flower Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sathy. Senior Level: T. Vishnuvardhan, Sengunthar Hr Sec School, Erode. College Level: Mr. D. Dhanraj, Annamalai University, Chidambaram.
Zonal-level essay writing and drawing competitions were also held in which 64 students participated in the essay writing competition, and 169 students in the drawing competition.
