SIMATS NSS volunteers conduct cultural events for Panchayat school kids to mark Har Ghar Tiranga

The National Service Scheme (NSS) students of SIMATS School of Engineering (SSE) as a part of Azadika Amrit Mahotsav’s Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and to commemorate the 75 years of Independence visited the Panchayat Union Primary School at Thandalam. 

NSS students taught the schoolchildren about the freedom struggle, freedom warriors, and their sacrifices. 

The goal of the event was not only to exhibit their love and patriotism for the country, but also to educate the young children on the theme ‘My IndiaMy Pride’through various competitions and activities like 
painting and elocutions displaying India's cultural, religion, culinary, geographical and linguistic diversity of Independent India.
