Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science launches Industry Academia Interface Forum

In a bid to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science inaugurated the Industry Academia Interface Forum on Thursday.
The ceremony, held with much enthusiasm, was graced by R Sundar, the Joint Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, who presided over the event. 
Dr BL Shivakumar, the Principal and Secretary of the institution, extended a warm welcome to all attendees. Dr. Kavidasan, Director of Roots Industries India Limited, Coimbatore, was the esteemed chief guest who launched the forum and unveiled its logo.
Addressing the students, Dr. Kavidasan emphasised the importance of self-belief and positivity in shaping one's future. 
He highlighted the symbiotic relationship between educational institutions and industries, stressing that industries seek skilled individuals rather than just employees to fill vacancies.
As a part of the ceremony, cash prizes were awarded to students for their contributions to designing the forum's logo and tagline. 
The event concluded with an interactive session with the students.
