Stanes school students participate in Diamond Jubilee Jamboree in SIPCOT

The Scouts and Guides of Stanes Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School had the honour of attending the Diamond Jubilee Jamboree at SIPCOT Manapparai, Tiruchirapalli district, on January 31. 
This grand event celebrated 75 years of scouting, bringing together participants from various regions to commemorate the movement’s legacy of service, discipline, and community spirit.
The students were thrilled to be part of this momentous occasion, where they learned valuable life skills, built new friendships, and deepened their passion for scouting. Their participation was made possible through the encouragement and support of Correspondent Philip RJ Fowler and Principal Selene Vinodini, whose commitment to holistic education and character-building has motivated students to engage in meaningful experiences.
A total of 22 students from the school took part in the event, making the most of this unforgettable opportunity. Their experience at the Jubilee Jamboree will undoubtedly inspire them to continue their journey of adventure, learning, and service.
