Tamil Nadu excelling in education field, appreciates Madras HC

Tamil Nadu is performing better than other states in the education field, observed the Madurai bench of Madras High Court. 

The observation was made while hearing a public litigant petition filed seeking the court to direct the school education department to conduct an out of school children survey as per the guidelines of the union government. 
While hearing the petition, a bench led by justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari said, “school dropout is a serious issue. While rescuing the child labourers, their family should also be taken into account.

 The quality of education is good in states like Tamil Nadu and Kerala and it is the achievement of the respective state government. The Tamil Nadu government should concentrate on the school dropout issue.”
