Thangamani asks cadres to highlight AIADMK's achievements among people

AIADMK party cadres appointed as booth committee members should highlight the welfare and development schemes of previous AIADMK rule among people to ensure the victory of AIADMK in all 40 MP seats in TN and Puducherry in the coming LS poll, advised Komarapalayam MLA, party organising secretary and former minister P. Thangamani. 

He led a consultation meeting of the booth committees of Pallipalayam town, held at Bava marriage hall, on Friday. Party observer ex MLA Prabu and town secretary PS Velliangiri presided. 

In his speech, Thangamani said the role of each booth committee during 15 days before LS poll is more important. The members of it should meet the voters in the area daily to explain the achievements of the previous AIADMK rule and the omissions and commissions of the present DMK rule.  Each committee comprising 20 members including its president could play a major role in the poll so that only party chief Edapadi K Palanisamy wanted to strengthen the committee. The Pallipalayam municipality is having 37 booths in 27 wards. It is already the stronghold of the AIADMK in the Komarapalayam segment. In the segment various development works were carried out during the previous AIADMK rule according to the wish of the people. The booth committee members should highlight them whenever they meet voters of the booth, he pleaded. Party functionaries-district Panchayat member, Pallipalayam block south secretary Senthil, Amma Peravai secretary TK Subramaniam, town deputy secretary Jaiganesh, IT Wing secretary Saravanan  and many others attended.
