TMC demands withdrawal of property tax hike

TMC has appealed to the government to withdraw hike in properly tax without delay.
The party's Erode central district unit consultation meeting was held under the unit's district president P Vijayakumar at Erode on Sunday. 

Party state general secretary and Ex-MLA Vidiyal Sekar, youth wing state president M Yuvaraja, vice president Arumugam, general council members SD Chandrasekhar, Gowthaman and district trade union president Rafiq attended. 

9th Foundation day

The meeting decided to celebrate party president GK Vasan's birthday on Dec 28 and party's 9th foundation day in grand manner by distributing various benefits to poor.  It demanded withdrawal of milk price and power tariff hikes,  restoration of marriage assistance scheme for poor girls, Amma mini clinic scheme, NEET training programme for students and completion of the Athikadavu-Avinasi water project speedily.
