Two claim ownership for one buffalo calf

Claiming ownership to a buffalo calf two persons have knocked the doors of the court.
Chandrapal lives in Ahamed village in Shamli  District Of Uttarpradesh. A calf given birth by his buffalo had gone missing since August 25. In the third month of its missing he reported that his buffalo calf was with one Satvir of Binpur village. When Chandrapal went to Satvir and demanded his calf he refused to return the animal. Hence Chandrapal has began a legal war to restore his calf.

He lodged complaint with Binpur Gram Panchayat and to the local police station but there was no result. He then complained to the Shamli District Superintendent of Police and sent copy of his complaint letters to the Chief Minister Yogi  Adityanath.

The Superintendent of Police wanted to have a DNA test as part of the investigation. The Veterinary doctors came to Binpur to conduct DNA test and took samples. By matching the calf's DNA with the mother bufallo which is with Chandrapal, the truth will come to light. It has been ordered to take course of action based on the result of the DNA test. A first of its kind in the country the case is expected to raise a lot of sensation.
