Valedictory of vigilance awareness week conducted at GST bhavan

GST commissionerate along with GST audit commissionerate and GST appeals commissionerate conducted the valedictory function of vigilance awareness week on Monday at GST bhavan in the city. Addressing the gathering, the chief guest of the function – Dr Jemimah Winston, principal of Bishop Appasamy college of arts and science – stressed upon the importance of leading a contented life by the public servants.

Minu Pramod, commissioner of GST and central excise (audit) delivered valedictory address while A Cletus, commissioner of GST and central excise (appeals) presented the felicitation address. K Vijayakrishnavelan, joint commissioner welcomed the gathering and T Rajashree, additional commissioner gave vote of thanks. A brief note of the various activities conducted as part of the vigilance awareness week was presented by BS Raghavanunni, superintendent of vigilance and M Anuradha, superintendent introduced the chief guest.
Students and departmental officers who won in various competitions  conducted on the occasion were honoured.
