pital Dr Vidhya Rajan handed over a sum of Rs 1.41 lakh to Coimbatore collector Kranthi Kumar Pati towards an ongoing project of establishing shelters at a tribal settlement Valparai in the district.
The donation was made on behalf of Virtual Rescue Force (VRF).
The city’s e-vehicle pioneer Hemalatha Annamalai, Walkaroo CSR head and Coimbatore CSR NGO coordinator Raveendran also extended their support to the project.
Overall contribution towards the project was Rs 7 lakh and it benefitted over six tribal villages.
