Will Justice Arumugasamy Commission inquiry report be a problem for V.K Sasikala?

It was decided to table the investigation report of retired Justice Arumugasamy Commission regarding the mysterious death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and the report given to the Government by retired Justice Aruna Jagatheesan regarding the Thoothukudi firing incident.

Importantly, in the report given by Arumugasamy Commission, it has been recommended to the government to investigate Jayalalithaa's close aideV.K Sasikala, AIADMK's former health minister C. Vijayabaskar, Tamil Nadu's former chief secretary RammohanRao and Dr.Sivakumar in connection with Jayalalithaa's death.

The Government of Tamil Nadu is going to decide on the further steps to be taken in this regard after consulting with the legal experts.As per the decision, the Arumugasamy commission report will be tabled in the assembly along with the investigation report of the concerned persons and it was decided in yesterday's cabinet meeting, according to Fort sources.Due to this decision of the Tamil Nadu government, Sasikala has been caught in the investigation ring of Jayalalithaa's death.

Why did Sasikala, who spoke to the media about Jayalalithaa's death, not appear before the Arumugasamy Commission? The commission’s recommendtion to the government to investigate Sasikala while questioning is considered politically important.  What kind of action will be taken against Sasikala and others?
