Winner of Chess Tournament felicitated

At the independence day function organized by Erode Tennis Club, the administrators felicitated Erode student 
S Vigneswaran who won first place in the district level chess competition. 

The program was presided over by club secretary R Veluswamy. President C Muthusamy hoisted tricolour and delivered special address in the presence of treasurer  M Jaganmohan, vice president K Selvaraj, and deputy secretary M Muthukrishnan. 

The student  participated in the flag march at the opening ceremony of the 44th Chess Olympiad at Chennai. Also on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, prizes were given to the students who won in  the essay, oratorical  and poetry competitions on national awareness.
