200 Projects will be showcased at FAIRPRO 2024

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India – Chennai Chapter (CREDAI Chennai), the apex body of Real Estate Developers, is organizing the 16th edition of its annual flagship property and real estate exhibition “FAIRPRO 2024” from 8th to 10th March 2024 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. Acclaimed Actors Ms. Suhasini Maniratnam and Ms. Priya Bhavani Shankar will be inaugurating this year’s FAIRPRO 2024. They are also the brand ambassadors for CREDAI FAIRPRO 2024.

Mr. S Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai, said, “This year, FAIRPRO will showcase homes starting from Rs. 15 Lakhs to Rs. 15 Crores from 75+ CREDAI Developers. Also, 8 banks would be offering attractive Home Loans. Incidentally, CREDAI Chennai enjoys a whopping 82.6% market share in the residential market in terms of the number of units sold.”

Over 200 projects showcasing 32.5 million square feet of apartment space, 0.25 million square feet of commercial space, and 325 acres of plots will be available for prospective homeowners to choose from. As a curtain-raiser to the grand event, a home loan mela will be held from March 1st to 3rd at Vijaya Mahal, T Nagar. During the Home Loan mela, there will be special promotions from these bankers, wherein homebuyers can get their home loans pre-approved and avail maximum funding.
