SCAD student’s industrial visit to Hyderabad

The students of Animation & Graphics and Visual Communications from Saveetha College of Architecture and Design (SCAD) at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS Deemed University), Chennai travelled to Hyderabad for Industrial visit accommodating various workshops. 

The students of Visual Communications underwent a workshop on various stages of filmmaking which includes Green Matte Shooting, Live Editing of the shoot. They also learned the techniques of using a set to create scenes by adding 3D models, and VFX. Mr. Sugan, Head OTT atRamoji Rao Film City conducted one day workshop and shared his experience on end-to-end filmmaking process, job opportunities, and OTT Platforms.

The students of Saveetha College of Architecture and Design (SCAD) thanked Dr. N.M. Veeraiyan, Chancellor of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS Deemed University) for his continuous support and encouragement throughout all such academic activities of the SIMATS University.
