8th Big Cine Expo for cinema exhibition will be in Chennai

The 8th edition of Big Cine Expo, the only convention and trade show for cinema exhibition and theatrical distribution in Asia, will take place at the Chennai Trade Centre. Industry leaders express their views on the importance of technology in filmmaking. Mani Ratnam, Director and Producer, feels inspired to be part of the show. Raghav, Director, Big Cine Expo highlights Big Cine Expo 2025 as essential for knowledge sharing. This year's event will be larger, featuring more exhibitors, attendees, and opportunities. Organized by Theatre World, it serves as a key platform for networking and collaboration among industry players like theatre owners, distributors, and equipment manufacturers. The IMAX Big Cine Awards will also honor excellence in various categories related to film exhibition.  Scheduled for August 19–20, 2025, in Chennai Trade Centre, the expo recognizes the city's significance in the cinema industry.
