Over 92% of Class XII students cleared the public examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) across the country. The exam results are declared on Friday.
The final marksheet of the examination has been prepared based on the weightage marks secured by the students in term 1 and term 2 exams. While the weightage for term 1 is 30%, it is 70% for term 2. The pass percentage registered in 2021 is 99.37%.
According to sources, the total number of students registered for the examination is 1444341 and the number of students who appeared for the examination is 1435366. Total number of students who cleared the examination is 1330662. As usual, girls outnumbered the boys and the pass percentage of girls is 94.54% where the pass percentage of boys is 91.25%.
