MSL (Mobility Solutions Limited), a part of JCBL Group, has bagged a contract worth Rs. 100 crores with Indian railways for delivering and installing several essential components for the Vande Bharat Express. The company is currently in the process of delivering and fulfilling the order.
Rishi Aggarwal, the Managing Director, JCBL Group, the parent organization of MSL, expressed his delight at the partnership, stating, “We are happy that Indian railways has displayed trust and confidence in our capabilities to manufacture and deliver exceptional components for them and we are all dedicated to supporting their mission of making the Vande Bharat journey as reliable and efficient as possible.”
The contract represents one of the significant milestones for the company. It aims to enhance the overall efficiency, reliability, and safety of the prestigious Vande Bharat Express.
As part of the agreement, MSL would supply 8 pieces of the front mask or nose cone worth around Rs. 2.4 crores, 16 rakes of interior paneling with toilets worth around Rs. 76.58 crores, and 16 coaches per rake.This agreement could also multiply the company’s scope in the nation’s mobility sector.
