A91 Partners invest $30M in Chennai-based KaarTech

KaarTech, a Chennai-based Digital Transformation Consulting company, has raised $30M from A91 Partners, a Mumbai-based investment firm. The partnership will fuel KaarTech's growth in the Middle East, the European Union, and North America, with a focus on North America. KaarTech, founded in 2006, specializes in IP & Digital Services in the SAP ecosystem and has doubled its revenue in the past 24 months. 
With over 2000 employees, KaarTech has doubled its revenue in the last 24 months. Veda Corporate Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the company and its promoters. 
The partnership will propel KaarTech into an unprecedented era of expansion, propelling it towards going public and bolstering its geographical expansion and in-organic services portfolio.
