Achievers award for 'Afternoon' - 'Pirpagal' director

Coimbatore Makkal Podhu Nala Sangam organised its 4th year inaugural ceremony and distributed Best Social Worker, Young Entrepreneur, Best Achievers  
Best Policeman, Best Journalist award and educational equipment to students at Arudra Hall, Coimbatore.
The awards were given to 84 persons including Adam Appadurai (Director, After Noon and Pirpagal Daily), Arjun Kumar, Race Course Road Police Inspector, Traffic Police Inspector (East) Pandiyarajan, Coimbatore Medical College Hospital Head Doctor Saravana Priya, District Traffic Officer (retd) Bhaskaran, Lion Senthil Kumar,  Suriya FM Tyson, Sign Makers Faisal Ahmed, Prasanna Manikandan, Shadow Center Murugan, Coimbatore Public Welfare Association Honorary Advisor Kanagaraj, Pal Rasu (Founder, Thai Tamil Academy), Coimbatore Public Welfare Association Secretary Prakash Kannan.
Awards were given to best cops, best social workers, young entrepreneurs and best journalists at the function. Subsequently, free educational equipment was provided to over 50 students who obtained the best marks in the Corporation school.   
More than 100 people participated in the function. 
Coimbatore Makkal Podhu Nala Sangam executives Ananda Kumar, Balaji, Dhanapal, Naveen, Jyotish Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Kannan, Ranjith Kumar, Senthilkumar made the arrangements for this function. People's Nanban Anand delivered vote of thanks.
