ACI and CCI Bishops elected in Coimbatore

The Bishop's Election of the Anglican Church of India - ACI and the Charismatic Churches of India - CCI, for the state of Karnataka took place on the 25th of June 2024, at Hunsur, under the leadership of the Associate Metropolitan of ACI, Dr. Reinhard Chandrashekar.  After prayerful consideration and acceptance of core values, Rev. Dr. Steven Suresh. K, Rev. Sathish. K & Rev Martin. A were accepted and elected unanimously to be consecrated as a Bishop for the Anglican Church of India - ACI and for the Charismatic Churches of India – CCI and were declared to be Elect Bishops for the Diocese of Mysore, Chitradurga & Bangalore districts respectively. They shall also hold the office of the Bishop for the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches – CEEC Province of India. The official Ceremony is dated to take place in the month of August 2024 at Hunsur in which the elected candidates shall be consecrated into their elected office.
