Annual credit plan book released at Coimbatore

District collector Pavankumar K Giriyappanavar on Friday chaired the monthly district-level bankers meet at his office in the city. He released the Annual Credit Plan (ACP) book at the meeting.
“Every year NABARD prepares and releases a resource-based bank loan plan for each district. Based on this, a target of Rs 64,900 crore has been set for lending through banks in Coimbatore district for the year 2025-2026. A target of Rs 24,850 crore has been set for agriculture, Rs 38,000 crore for MSMEs and Rs 2050 crore for other priority loans, making a total of Rs 64,900 crore,” the collector said.
