Annual Day celebrated

The Annual Day of The Samhita Academy, a premier educational institution was celebrated with many colourful events around the theme "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" 
(The World is One Family) on Sunday.
The event had a large attendance of students, parents, and teaching and non-teaching staff, besides the invitees. Ms. Asha Thomas, Trustee and Director, Samhita Foundation, was the chief guest of the celebration.
The evening commenced with the lighting of the lamp and a prayer song. All the students showcased their talents through songs, mimes, drama and dance embracing the theme.
In India, we celebrate Unity in Diversity and, as global citizens, we whole world is our extended 
family.
