Anthiyur to Tirupati bus service inaugurated

The Tamil Nadu State Express Transport Corporation (TNSETC) launched a state-of-the-art floating bus service from Anthiyur to Tirupati on Tuesday.
The bus, which departs from Coimbatore at 6.30 pm daily, reaches Tirupati via Annur, Puliyampatti, Sathyamangalam, T.N. Palayam, Atthani, Anthiyur, Ammapettai, Mettur, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri and Vellore. It departs from Anthiyur bus stand at 9 pm daily and reaches Tirupati at 5.30 am the next day. It departs from Tirupati at 7.30 pm and reaches Anthiyur at 4 am the next day. The fare from Anthiyur to Tirupati is Rs. 455.
MLA A.G. Venkatachalam flagged off the service at a function held at Anthiyur bus stand on Tuesday.
