AppViewX poised for global growth under new CEO Dino Dimarino

 AppViewX, a global leader in automated certificate lifecycle management (CLM) and public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions, announced its acquisition by Haveli Investments, an Austin-based private equity firm specializing in technology-driven growth investments. 
As part of this strategic acquisition, cybersecurity veteran Dino DiMarino has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead AppViewX into its next phase of growth. With a strong track record of scaling billion-dollar cybersecurity businesses, DiMarino’s leadership is poised to accelerate product innovation, expand global market reach, and elevate customer success.

AppViewX also announced additional leadership appointments, including Jim Vasil as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Stephen Tarleton as Chief Revenue Officer. Prabhakar Manickam will continue his current role of Chief Customer Officer and will remain focused on facilitating deep customer relationships with AppViewX’s customers. Anand Purusothaman will take on a full-time board role, continuing to support AppViewX’s strategic growth and innovation.
