As per the government order, water was released from the Bavani

As per the government order, water was released from the Bavani  Kalingarayan check dam, near Bavani, to irrigate 15743 acre in the district on Friday. The water will be released for the next 120 days. WRD assistant executive engineer Udayakumar, engineers Dinakaran, Senthilkumar, Pavithran, Sabarinathan and functionaries of Kalingarayan irrigation canal farmers association attended the function.
