Asian Games medalist Vidya felicitated

Perundurai Kongu Velalar Institute of Technology Trust felicitated Asian Games medalist and alumnus of Kongu Arts and Science College of the Trust Vidya Ramaraj by presenting Rs 1 lakh. 

She studied in the College from 2016 to 2019 under sports quota in Bachelor of Business Management.  In the 19th Asian Games held in China, she has brought pride to India by winning three medals. Silver medal in 4x400m relay mixing, bronze in 400m hurdles and silver in women's 4x400m relay.

 Speaking at the event, Vidya Ramraj said that she wants to participate in the upcoming 2024 Olympics and win medals. 

 The Trust functionaries Kumaraswamy,  Satyamurthy, Ravi Shankar, Ilango, Venkatachalam, Thangavelu, Devaraja, Sachithanandam, College Principal Vasudevan felicitated her.
