ASISC TN Regional Football Tournament

The Football tournament, organized by the CISCE, New Delhi, (ICSE and ISC schools) was held at Montfort School, Yercaud, on 25th and 26th June, 2023.
No of Schools participated Under 14- 24 Under 17 -28, Under 19 -18. 
The tournament was played under the knock out basis. 
It is indeed a hat-trick by the relentless Judians to have walked away with the victory in all the three divisions – Under 14, Under 17 and Under 19.
St. Jude’s Under 14 team won against NPS International School, Chennai, St. Michaels, Chennai and entered the Semi Finals against Sathyakathi School, Kotagiri. 
 

They won the finals against Dr. Dasarathan School, Coimbatore with a score of 2 – 0. Our Under 17 team won against Vaels International School, Chennai to enter the Semi Finals with Sishya OMR, Chennai. 
They won the Finals against Sishya, Chennai with a score of 4 – 3.
The Under 19 team won against Holy Innocents school, Coonoor & Stanes, Coimbatore to qualify for the Semi Finals against St. Joseph’s, Coonoor. 
In a tough match which turned out to be exciting our team won against St. Michaels, Chennai with a score of 1 – 0 in the Finals. 
 

We are really proud that our Under 14 and Under 17 teams are qualified for the Pre – Subroto Cup to be held at Kerala and Bangalore shortly.
The incredible achievement of our Judians in all the three divisions with the untiring efforts of our coaches Mr. Devan Kumar and Mr. Hari Krishnan is very much appreciated by the Management, Staff and Students.
