The department of Catering Science & Hotel Management of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science organized a hands-on training program for the students for 10 days on “Bakery & Confectionery”. The training was conducted by Chef Joseph Lawrence, JM Bakers Academy, a stalwart in this field.
Earlier in the month a MoU was signed with JM Bakers Academy. Dr.B.L.Shivakumar, the Principal & Secretary viewed the display and appreciated the students. “The program was aimed at training students to become baking and pastry arts professionals through hands-on experience and the development of competency based skills on baking” said Dr.S.Deena, Director of the department of Catering Science & Hotel Management.
