BJP is poisonous, says former Women’s Wing Secretary of BJP

Maithily, who was associated with the BJP for the past 22 years as its women’s wing secretary, had joined the DMK in the presence of its chief MK Stalin in Coimbatore on Thursday.She is just one of the 55,000 people who have joined the DMK from other parties including BJP, AIADMK and DMDK, in the presence of Stalin at a party function held at Achipatti near Pollachi.While addressing the gathering, Maithili said, “I had served the BJP as its district general secretary in 1999 and have now reached the post of the secretary of its women’s wing. 

But, the party which recognized its cadres for their hard work, had changed and started recognizing only those with money. That’s why I had quit the party and joined DMK that has been working for the welfare of women. I assure everyone that I work for the welfare of women.”
