Boat house in Valangulam to be shifted

Tourism Minister K. Ramachandran inspected Valangulam Area in Coimbatore Corporation to shift the boat house there to another area with vehicle parking facility.

The District Collector Kranthikumar Badi, Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar, Corporation Commissioner Ma.Sivaguru Prabhakaran, Deputy Mayor Ra. Vetriselvan accompanied him. 

The Minister said the Chief Minister implemented various schemes for tourism promotion in the state and create more opportunities through them. 

 After preparing a detailed project report, the boathouse here would be shifted to an alternative location with parking and all other facilities, he said.

During this event, Central Zone President Meenaloku, councillor Vijayakumar, Executive Engineer Karuppasamy, zonal Health Officer Gunasekaran, Assistant Engineer  Kamalakannan, Tourism Officer  Durgadevi, Assistant Executive Engineer Gunasekaran, Manager Rajaguru and many others were present.
