Breakfast will be implemented in all govt schools: CM

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin announced that the state government’s nutritious breakfast scheme would be implemented in all the government schools for the students in classes I to V.
Responding to the motion to thank the Governor for delivering his customary address on the first day of the assembly session,  Stalin said, “Aid that is being provided to mosques would be increased from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore.

Government would implement a new scheme called rural roads development scheme to lay about 10,000 kilometers of roads in rural areas within two years at the cost of Rs 4,000 crore.”He said, In the financial year 2023-24, nutritious breakfast scheme would be implemented in all the government schools for students in classes I to V and world investors’ meet would be organized by the state government on January 10 and 11, 2024.“

The DMK regime has obtained Rs 79,000 crore as loan which is at least Rs 4,000 crore lesser than the loan obtained in the AIADMK regime. The government’s aim is to attain a one trillion dollar economy before 2030 and to prioritize youth welfare and empowerment of women. The government is determined to achieve them. 
I am working truly for the public,” he said.Stating that students could not complete school education without studying Tamil, Stalin said that the state government would constantly ensure that Kalaignar’s order of mandating Tamil subject in schools is followed strictly.
