CHRIST University Pune Lavasa successfully hosted HR VISTA 2025, a two-day HR conclave on February 21-22, bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, and scholars to discuss transformative trends shaping the future of work.
The event commenced with an inaugural address by Rev. Dr. Lijo Thomas, Dean & Director, on "Envisioning Tomorrow’s Workplace." Sharad Gangal, Chairman, TJSB Sahakari Bank, spoke on “Workplace 2030: Shaping Tomorrow’s Workforce,” focusing on AI and automation in HR.
Key sessions included Yogesh Patgaonkar, Chief People Officer, Persistent Systems Ltd., on AI-driven HR transformation, and Abhijit Puri, Senior Director, LTIMindtree, on aligning HR with business goals. A panel discussion moderated by Clifford Mohan Pai featured experts from NTT Global, Zimetrics Technologies, and Rolls-Royce Power Systems, discussing digital disruption and workforce diversity.
The day ended with networking sessions, cultural performances, and a DJ
night.
A nature trek organized by CHRIST Trekking Club started day 2, followed by a dramatic session by BeingHR highlighting workplace biases. Moushumi D., CHRO, Indospace, led a session on inclusivity and high performance, while Dr. Robin Banerjee, Chairman, Nucleon Research Pvt. Ltd., addressed work-life balance and mental health.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony, recognizing speakers and participants, and a closing address by Fr. Justin P. Varghese. HR VISTA 2025 reinforced CHRIST University’s commitment to HR excellence and industry-academia collaboration.
