Christ University to host HR VISTA 2025

Christ University, Lavasa, in collaboration with Beinghr and the Ghatfield Foundation, is pleased to present HR VISTA 2025 – "Work Reimagined: HR for the Future," a two-day HR conclave scheduled to take place on February 21 and 22, at Lavasa campus.
It will bring together thought leaders, HR professionals, academicians, and industry experts for engaging discussions, insightful sessions, and ample networking opportunities.
The HR VISTA 2025 theme, encapsulated by the acronym VISTA, represents: Vision – Aligning HR with organizational goals.
Integration – Connecting HR with business operations. Strategy – Implementing forward-thinking HR practices. Talent – Acquiring and nurturing top talent Analytics – Leveraging data for informed decisions.
The event will feature a variety of activities, including panel discussions, roundtable discussions, technical sessions, and team-building activities for HR participants. 
The inaugural address will be delivered by Dr. Fr. Lijo Thomas, Dean & Director of CHRIST University, Pune, Lavasa Campus, followed by Mr. Sharad Gangal, Chairman of TJSB Sahakari Bank. Dr. Anil Khandelwal, Former Chairman & Managing Director of Bank of Baroda, Mumbai, will be the Guest of Honour.
