CODISSIA to host trade fairs - BUILD INTEC and WATER INTEC

The eleventh edition of BUILD INTEC 2022 and the second edition of WATER INTEC 2022 will be conducted from April 8 to April 11  at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore.

 While the former is an international building and construction trade fair, the latter is a fair on waste water treatment, solid waste management and water recycling technologies. 
A press meet was jointly organised by the representatives including the Chairman of BUILD INTEC and WATER INTEC G.Rammohan, its Vice-Chairman R.Sivakumar, CODISSIA President 
M V Ramesh Babu and CODISSIA Secretary M Karthikeyan. It was announced that the inaugural ceremony of the fair will be held at the CODISSIA premises on April 8 at 10 am. 

The Chief Guest will be Minister of Electricity V Senthil Balaji while the Guests of Honour will be Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana, District Collector Dr GS Sameeran, Corporation Commissioner Rajagopal Sunkara and Joint Managing Director of Salzer Electronics Ltd Rajesh Doraiswamy.

The trade fair is set to accommodate nearly 260 exhibitors spread over 450 stalls covering a gross occupied area of 1 lakh 25 thousand sq. ft. 

The representatives said during the press meet that they expect thirty thousand visitors from almost nine states of the country apart from Tamil Nadu. 

The fair will be open from 10 am to 6 pm on all four days. The visitors are expected to register online on the website visitor.codissia.com. It was also mentioned that an ‘on the spot registration’ facility will be provided to those producing a business visiting card. 

The entry fee for the visitors is Rs 50. The fairs will exhibit an array of construction components and water treatment systems and applications to cater to the needs of the visitors.
