Coimbatore Collector conducts inspection at Kinathukadavu

Coimbatore Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati conducted an inspection of government projects at Kinathukadavu region as part of the Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril scheme on August 22. He received petitions from people regarding various issues and instructed the officials to act on the problems immediately.
The Collector visited many government offices and reviewed the work happening. He also asked officials to ensure the buildings of schools, anganwadis, and other government offices are in good shape. Since it’s the rainy season, he informed officials to keep a close eye on the conditions of the building and act quickly if there are any damages. 
He also emphasised the need to take precautionary actions to keep the spread of Dengue at bay. He informed people to not allow stagnation of water and clean tanks regularly. The collector visited schools to ensure the students received free bicycles and uniforms. He verified if all villages have the right process in place to ensure solid waste management and checked if waste recycling is done in the right manner. 
Kinathukadavu MLA Damodaran, Superintendent of Police Karthikeyan, District Revenue Officer Sharmila, Additional Collector Swetha Suman, Pollachi Sub Collector Katherine Saranya, Assistant Collector (Training) Angad Kumar Jain, Personal Assistant to Collector (Agriculture) Malliga and other government officers were part of the event.
