Coimbatore Collector inaugurates playground in Ukkadam

Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati inaugurated a new playground in Pullukadu, Ukkadam on September 23. The playground, covering 1.09 acres and developed at a cost of ₹6.9 lakhs, has been made accessible to the public after the grounds were leveled and cleared of weeds and waste. Proper fencing and gates have been installed to ensure the security and upkeep of the facility.

The inauguration event was attended by City Police Commissioner Balakrishnan, Corporation Commissioner Sivaguru Prabhakaran, Mayor Ranganayaki, Zonal Assistant Commissioner Ilangovan, Assembly Member Ahamed Kabir, and several other officials, including Assistant Executive Engineer Kanagaraj, Assistant Town Planner Jeyalakshmi, and Assistant Engineer Sundararajan.
