Coimbatore Collector inspects District Government Model School in RS Puram

Coimbatore Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati conducted an inspection of the district government model school in RS Puram on Friday, accompanied by Corporation Commissioner Sivaguru Prabakaran. The school, operational since October 2022, provides accommodations for two academic sections: Maths and Computer Science, and Biology and Computer Science.

The model school has been performing well, operating with a faculty of three teachers. It supports students preparing for NEET and JEE examinations, offering additional academic assistance. The school also provides students with two meals a day and training in various co-curricular activities such as Silambam, Karate, storytelling, photography, and acting.

The inspection event was also attended by Primary Education Officer Balamurali, District Education Officer Jaishankar, and Education Coordinator Sathish Kumar.
