Coimbatore Corporation sends relief materials to Villupuram hit by floods

The Coimbatore Corporation has dispatched relief materials to Villupuram district, which has been severely affected by floods caused by Cyclone Fengal.
Villupuram has been experiencing unprecedented rainfall, with 51 cm recorded in Mailam and 46 cm in Nemmeli. In response, the Tamil Nadu government has intensified relief efforts, and Chief Minister MK Stalin is scheduled to conduct a direct inspection of the affected areas tomorrow.
To support the relief operations, Coimbatore Corporation has sent essential supplies worth ₹3.46 lakh. These include 2,500 bottles of drinking water, bread packets, biscuit packets, groundnut candy, milk powder, vermicelli packets, and mixture 
snacks.
The relief materials were sent from the Central Zonal Office by Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Sivaguru Prabhakaran, Mayor Ranganayake, and other corporation officials.
