Coimbatore district collector Kranthikumar Pati, police commissioner V Balakrishnan and corporation commissioner M Pratap kick-started the sapling plantation drive at Pullukudu which was cleaned by the corporation along with the Indian oil corporation and AIM non-governmental organization, in the city. Zonal chairman Meena Logu, councilor Alima Begam, assistant commissioners Magesh Kanagaraj and Annadurai, executive engineer Karupasamy, assistant executive engineer Buvaneshwari, zonal sanitary officer Gunasekaran, sanitary inspector Sriranga Raj and others were present at the event.
